For some reason, salads have a bad reputation – People think that they are boring! I couldn’t disagree more. Personally, I can eat at least one salad a day and I love it. I thoroughly enjoy the freshness, the textures, colours, flavours and the fact that I’m eating something that nourishes my body. If you don’t like salads you should definitely give this one a shot. Let me know how you liked it!
