Green Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 Cups Herbs (mint, basil, dill, parsley, or any other herb you like)
- 1 Large Lemon Fresh and juicy.
- 1/2 Cup Nuts and seeds Almonds, walnuts, pumpkin/sunflowers seeds and cashews (make your own mix or just use one kind).
- 2 tbsp Tahini
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1/8 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Small Piece of lemon peel
Instructions
- Wash the herbs thoroughly.
- Juice the lemon and save a small piece of the peel.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or a food processor.
- Blend till you get a smooth(ish) consistency.
